We founded Pretty Dope Paint Shop with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Pretty Dope Paint Shop ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pretty Dope Paint Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Pretty Dope Paint Shop does an amazing job as securely packing your purchase. to ensure the products durability. Pretty Dope Paint Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If youreceived your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns
Notice: As of 3/30/22, refunds to debit/credit cards are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. This is because with each card transaction, we pay 2.9% to our card payment processor, and they've decided to stop returning this fee to us with refunds. Thank you for understanding.
Party/Event Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, we will honor your event on another available day.
No-Show policy: No refund. This includes last-minute cancellations (any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of its scheduled start time).
Products and Gift Cards

Paint kits are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable.

Wine products may be returned unopened and in new condition within 7 days of purchase. Receipt must be present.

New easels may be returned unopened and in new condition within 14 days of purchase. Receipt must be present.

Used easels are non-refundable but may be eligible for our buy-back program.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Prior authorization is required before sending returns by mail. All returns are subject to inspection and will only be refunded if deemed eligible.
